LA QUINTA is a tourist residence

La Quinta, located in the most central street of the town c/ Arago,8 in Caseres. We have acquired this house in 2024 and after having rehabilitated and renovated it, modernizing it and adapting it to current comforts, we can offer it to our clients so that they have a cozy and comfortable stay.

Features and facilities of Casa La Quinta

La Quinta consists of a garage and 3 floors:

• The ground floor: the garage has the entrance door into the house that opens fully and allows you to store your vehicle, bicycles, motorcycles or items you bring for your vacation.
• The first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, with a bar with open access to the dining room, which has a large table, chairs, sofa and television. It has a service bathroom and a double bedroom.
• The second floor consists of 1 double bedroom, a large bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
• The third floor consists of a living room with comfortable sofas and air conditioning so that our guests can enjoy their best moments together. There is a door leading to the private outdoor terrace where you can see the stars at night.
